The two states known for gambling are Nevada and New Jersey. Both states have worse state budgets than Texas. It has not solved their revenue problem. More people are moving out of New Jersey, they lost congressmen on the last census. But Texas a non gambling state continues to gain people. Jobs and revenue .Look at the results.
