AUSTIN (KXAN) — The three candidates for Austin mayor will meet Monday in a debate on the University of Texas campus that will be co-sponsored by KXAN News.
Incumbent Lee Leffingwell will be up against challengers Brigid Shea and Clay Dafoe at the event in the Bass Lecture Hall of the LBJ School of Public Affairs.
Joining KXAN News as sponsors are The Austin American-Statesman, Community Impact Newspaper and the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs. KXAN News Anchor Robert Hadlock will moderate.
The debate will be held at the LBJ School and last from 12:15 p.m . until 1 p.m . It will air live on KXAN and be streamed live on KXAN.com . The telecast will begin at noon.
